Cancellation & Return Policy
Definition:
'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the
Product purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the Website.
‘Replacement’ is the action or process of replacing
something in place of another.
A Buyer can request for return/replacement of
the purchased Product only if:
1. The Product
is unopened and unused
2. The
Product is defective/damaged
3. Product(s)
was/were missing
4. The
Wrong Product was sent by the Seller
5. Unsatisfactory
Products - Inauthentic/Low Quality/Expired
Points to be noted:
1. The
seller can always accept the return/replacement irrespective of the policy.
2. Some
Products sold on the Website cannot be returned/replaced. We encourage the
Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the
Buyer orders a wrong item or orders an item that is not eligible for
return/replacement, the Buyer shall not be entitled to any
return/replacement/refund.
3. Buyer
needs to return/request replacement of any purchased Product within, the later
of, 3 days of the date of receipt of the Product or the return period
identified on the Website for each Product listed therein.
4. For
Returns:
· Except
for Cash on Delivery transactions, refund, if any, shall be made at
the same Issuing Bank from where the Transaction Price was received.
· For
Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made through
payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic
funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI), 10 business days
after the necessary banking/account details are provided by the Buyer).
· Refund
shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction
Price received in Indian Rupees subject to any applicable adjustments
· For
electronic payments, the refund shall be made through a payment
facility using NEFT /RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds
transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
5. Refund/replacement
shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to KAB
Consultants in case of any misuse by Buyer.
6. Refund/replacement
shall be subject to Buyer complying with KAB Consultants Policies.
7. Once
Buyer has raised a return/replacement request, the following steps shall be
followed:
Buyer is asked for "Reason for
Return/Replacement" - the Product is unopened and unused; the Product is
defective/damaged; Product(s) was/were missing; wrong Product was sent by the
Seller.
An intimation shall be provided to the Seller
seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the request.
In case the Seller accepts the return/replacement
request, the Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Seller and
only after the return of the Product in conformance with the conditions
listed below, Seller shall be obliged to issue a refund to the Buyer or
send a replacement Product to the Buyer, as applicable.
In case the Seller rejects the return/replacement
request, the Buyer can choose to raise a dispute by writing to customer.support@kabconsultants.com
giving details of the order and the return request. KAB Consultants shall
endeavour to respond to such emails within 48 hours of receipt.
In case the Seller doesn't pick up the item from the
Buyer within three (3) days from the date of the return/replacement request, the
Buyer can choose to raise a dispute by writing to info@kabconsultants.com
giving details of the order and the request. KAB Consultants shall endeavour to
respond to such emails within 48 hours of receipt.
For returns/replacement requests being made by the Buyer
to the Seller of the product, the returned Product(s) should be unopened and
"UNUSED" and returned with original packaging, otherwise, the Buyer
shall not be entitled to any refund of money or replacement of the Product (as
applicable) from the Seller.
Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne
and incurred by the Seller. However, shipping cost/s associated with purchasing
the product shall be borne and incurred by the Buyer and shall not be refunded.
In case of returns where you would like the item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
